• In the bubble, there are certain house rules for the well-being of all guests. Please consider it.

 

• Smoking is prohibited in the bubble. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, embers are extinguished in the ashtray

• Pets are welcome for an additional fee according to the valid price list.

• Bubbles are intended for rest and relaxation, so after 10 p.m. it is necessary to maintain order and peace and be considerate of other guests and neighbors. If the neighbors do not comply and are making noise, please let us know.

• Please close the front door and do not leave the bubble unlocked. You open them with the key you received - so always have it with you when you leave.

• The bubbles are fully equipped and air-conditioned: bed linen, towels and accessories. The bubbles are equipped with toilet paper, soap and garbage bags.

• When using the air conditioner, please keep the door closed. Please do not use hot water unnecessarily and do not throw away towels after the first use, because we want to be environmentally friendly.

• Tap water is drinkable.

• Washing and ironing of laundry is also possible by agreement.

• Please separate your waste in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

• Free Wi-Fi is available in the bubbles, the password is available at the reception and is written in the bubbles.

• The apartments are equipped with cable TV, where both digital and analog programs are available. The channel list is available in a bubble.

• Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.

• The tenant uses all devices in the bubble in accordance with the instructions for safe use and takes care of the equipment like a good owner. Insofar as he causes intentional or negligent damage, he is obliged to compensate it.

• If there is a breakdown in the plumbing or electrical system or other equipment failure, the tenant must notify the landlord immediately.

• The fire order together with the signs of the emergency exits is displayed in a bubble. In the event of a fire, follow the fire regulations and inform yourself beforehand about the location of the fire extinguisher.

• Upon departure, guests must turn off the lights, turn off all appliances and lock the bubble.

• Visits are only permitted upon prior agreement with the landlord

• The lessor is not responsible for valuables and money located in the bubble and in the personal vehicle. The tenant can store valuables and money with the landlord at the reception. The lessee undertakes to pay for any damage caused to the lessor
